We’re building a critical infrastructure layer for one of the fastest growing industries in the global economy and we’re looking for a creative, collaborative, diligent, eager, inquisitive, and fun Senior Product Manager to join our team!

Our product allows traders to maintain custody of their digital assets even while trading at a cryptocurrency exchange. Our tech ensures that no one, even a compromised or hacked exchange, has the power to take custody of a trader’s digital assets.

About the role: We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is excited about the blockchain industry and eager to dive into the rapidly developing world of cryptocurrency! You will drive our product strategy and ensure that we create a seamless experience that is both intuitive and secure for our users. In doing so, you will own and execute user research, write user stories, evolve our UI, and help craft the overall product roadmap.

As the internal voice of our customer, we'll count on you to develop and foster actionable feedback loops from our audience, differentiate between required vs requested features, and define product priorities. This is an externally-facing product management role with two key focus areas:

1. Audience research and user feedback:

  • Determine an appropriate user segmentation strategy and use it our marketing and product plans
  • Develop a consistent flow of user feedback on our product using both qualitative (message boards, user feedback forms, interviews) and quantitative (data collection, analytics) techniques.
  • Explore the preferred tools/resources used by various target audiences with respect to our product.
  • Understand how our targeted audience perceives our product with respect to the existing marketplace.

2. Product Roadmap Development:

  • Distill user feedback into insights that will drive our product and marketing roadmap.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to add or adapt the features / form-factor of our product to user requirements.
  • Evaluate and analyze the market and competitive offerings to inform both our product and marketing plans.
  • Measure our product performance and surface elements of friction, and iterate on solutions to remove that friction.
  • Prove or disprove our team's hypotheses using data analysis and feedback from our users.

As the first PM in our organization, you have the opportunity to set your own tooling and shape the role you want.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced product manager who will become internal voice of our user and lead the development of our product roadmap.

About You:

  • 4+ years experience in product management
  • Demonstrated ability to collect actionable user feedback, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Demonstrated ability to distill feedback from users into an actionable product strategy and roadmap
  • Strong ability to communicate, prioritize, collaborate and “manage-up”
